Eight Moldy Toes

Okay, forgive the gross-out factor on this one, but hey I had great inspiration for the “eight moldy toes”.

Over the weekend, I crushed one of my toe nails while playing some backyard kickball.
It’s quite painful, and quite ugly.

While painfully cleaning out the mess, I had a sudden memory of my high school days:

In 10th grade I changed my screenname.
“mankind5000″ (Mr. Socko, what up!) changed to “eightmoldytoes”.

Here’s the story:
I was in computer graphics class in the technology wing.
The seniors in the class with me were talking about
how their toes felt gross and moldy in their sandals.

For some ingenious reason, I decided to coin this term and make it my screen name.

What happened to the other two toes you ask?
They must have been taking their vitamins to ward off the infection!
